Kenmore council to consider 50/50 cost-share with WSDOT on federal culvert grant application
Kenmore's council is scheduled to approve an agreement with WSDOT to split the roughly $22,000 cost of a joint application to a federal culvert grant that could bring up to $15 million to two local culvert replacement projects.
